Our company adheres to the strictest standards of industrial, fire, and occupational safety set by both USA and international regulatory bodies. To promote the prevention and containment of emergency situations, we have implemented a comprehensive set of measures. These measures not only minimize risks for our staff at American Storage Partners LLC but also safeguard the surrounding community. To put it simply, our company has taken steps to prevent and isolate potential contingencies, as well as minimize any resulting consequences.

To comply with fire safety regulations, the company has implemented a fire safety department. This department has formulated internal fire safety regulations for employees, production areas, premises, and facilities. Before starting work, all new employees must undergo fire safety training and pass it successfully. This training is provided by the fire safety department specialists and the leaders of various departments through fire safety briefings and basic courses.

The company is continuously enhancing its occupational safety management system. As part of this effort, the management has formulated regulations for Hazard Identification, Evaluation, and Management. These regulations play a critical role in effectively managing occupational hazards that could potentially impact the well-being and safety of the company employees. To align with the legal framework, the company's occupational safety policy is established in accordance with the government's occupational safety policy outlined in the US Labour Code. This ensures that the company's safety management system complies with the relevant regulations and standards set by the authorities.
